[High-Performance] Trainers
The Bearfoot Trainers are the most minimal alternative to training barefoot there is. These are the first training socks designed from the ground up to support optimal rooting for static movements on a variety of surfaces, with minimal slippage.
Unlike our original Trainers, the [HP] Trainers are made of HPPE (High Performance Polyethylene): A cut/abrasion resistant fabric material. This allows for the [HP] Trainers to be used outdoors as well as indoors.
The silicon grips on the bottom of each Trainer were designed with the tri-pod foot in mind, providing maximum grip to most surfaces.

Love 'em

Took a little while to get my order but in today's world it's the new norm.
Everything is amazing top quality.
I will be ordering an other pair of shoes soon.
Thank you
Lori from Montana.

I like these toe socks for working out. My only issues is that my toes are big, and I wish the toes on the socks were larger.

I like to work out barefoot, but my garage floor is pretty cold in the middle of winter. My barefoot trainers keep my feet warm and give me that barefoot feel. I love my barefoot trainers.

Great for lifting and HIIT!

I wear a 9.5 in most, so, I am between sizes for this product. I ordered the 8-9 and it is snug. I have to pull the sock up high to get the grippy part under my heel, otherwise is slides down and I lose grip to my heel. So, if you are between, probably want to up one size, vs down. I have worn toed socks and shoes before and these match the feel of those products. I bought specifically to use while deadlifting and they have work fine for that. I haven't tried DL in a sumo stance yet, which requires more of the grip.
When I received them, one of them had the toes stuck together with the grip and I had to peel them apart, but that has not effected their performance. So far, so good, and way better value than competitors. I have seen other products selling for $50+, which is ridiculous for grippy socks.

Love these trainers! Ive worn them alot in a short period of time and this has paved the way for me getting my feet to how they are supposef to be! How the good Lord intended!!

Will buy again

I really enjoy the product. It fits well and I feel much more steady in my compound lifts. My only critique is that I’ve only used the product three times and it is already degrading at the heel. Maybe my batch was a fluke. Thank you.

These are awesome they stop my big toe from pushing on my smaller toes. They also give my toes proper spacing and make my feet more comfortable when I wear my shoes. Which is great because I’m a part of the flat foot nation.

They did not fit my toes so i returned them for a full refund.

Very high quality material. Wear size 11.5 and ordered the 12-13 option; A little big in the toes but overall fit quite well.
Feel great when performing lifts.
After about 5 uses, the bottom material is starting to peel off slightly.
Love them so much just ordered a second pair!

Bought these to use in my garage in the coming fall/winter months. I'm a size 11.5 so I got the 12/13 toe socks. Given the size, these socks should be easy to get on and off, but I was having a really hard time getting my toes into the individual toe slots. I get that they are supposed to be snug, but if getting them on takes 5 minutes I am not very likely to use them. Once on, they were good and I didn't really notice them on. If they went on and came off more easily, they would be 5 stars

i love being bare foot, i even have the shoes i LOVE them!!!
but these socks are very constrictive on the toes..
i feel like the toe pockets could be a bit bigger to accommodate for my fat toes..
Dan B.
I like squatting in them, only kinda issue is squeezing my toes into the toe portion, kinda small if you have bigger toes
Tyler B.
I loved these and the way they felt when I put them on. They felt great around the house, but didn’t hold up outside that well.
Christy V.
Good fit washed them hand full of times still like new 10/10

Suits my purposes at this time. And I have future plans to test in this footwear. But as a size 13 US wearer I would have preferred a larger size. The length works, but the toe openings are snug with the limited wear I’ve got in so far.

These socks do exactly as they they say - provide a foot -to-ground interface that is stable, slip-free and (thus far) durable. The texture is almost like a stretchy Cordua, and fit is similar to my Injini toe socks, but more robust. I sized up in these given that I have very wide feet. I bought the 12-13 mens size and have a size 11 foot. It was a good choice, though they are still a tiny bit big. That said, I'm happy and enjoy using these. My only area for potential improvement would if they had a little more stretch, as my second toe is longer than my big toe and that creates some small gaps between the big toe and second toe.

I am a size 15 and I ordered the largest size but they were just too tight. Would be nice if you offered some in larger sizes. Other than that they seemed ok

First use on rubber mats at my gym and the grip prices are already coming off. I am a female lifter usually wear size 9-9.5 shoes so bought a men's 8-9 and toe slots are little long on each toe for me. Other than that they are comfortable not sure how long they are going to last out here though.

I used to have FYF socks. But this one fits more comfortably. And the price is more reasonable.

The best for indoor gym lifting! There’s is really nothing that gives you the connection to the ground as good as these socks! Even the Ursus shoes can’t compare to the foot control these have.. I will probably order another pair in the future
Ethan W.
So I absolutely love these. I have big feet and long toes and the socks fit great. My only critique here would be that I feel the grip wears off pretty quick on the heel and some of the toes. Points of frequent and heavy contact. I’ve been wearing em around the house and to the gym a few times. Wondering if that’s normal or maybe i’m being too tough on them. Thanks

As someone who loves to lifts barefoot I was really excited to use the new HP trainers. However, as much as I wanted to like them, they just do not hold up. After about 2 squat sessions and 2 deadlift sessions on rubber mat flooring I noticed the rubber grip had already started to peel away from the areas that make up the tripod of the foot. After reaching out to Customer Service I was told that this is to be expected and is part of the normal wear and tear of the product. I will more than likely be investing in the Ursa shoes to replace these as those seem to be more durable but I really did have high hopes for these.

I bought the HP Trainers (toe socks) and while they seem to be well constructed, the grips wore off of the sole in about an hour in the gym. 3 out of 5 star rating. Maybe a 2.

I wear a size 8 women’s. These socks fit well but just a little bit long in the toes. I feel well connected with the ground with no slip
Trey W.
Phenomenal product! After utilizing multiple footwear products throughout the years I can honestly say these are by far the best. My shoe size is a M 10.5 and the size 10-11 [HP] Trainers fit perfect. After the first wear or so they break in and become easy to put on.
Joshua O.
Love them. They do exactly what they say they will. My squats feel better than before. I normally wear Van's for squat and deadlift, and I've tried converse, but nothing beats bear foot. Able to root my feet better, much more stable. Next purchase is the bearfoot shoes for comps.

I've had these trainers for a little over a week now, and absolutely love them! I literally wear them everywhere. From training in the gym, to running errands around town, to meeting a friend for coffee, to walking my dog on 3+ mile walks on trails as well as the street, they are incredibly versatile. I've been a huge fan of "minimalist" shoes for almost a decade now, but these trainers are the closest thing I've ever found to actually truly being barefoot!
Jim F.
These trainers are a great step up. They are a much stronger and a lot more grippy. It's nice to have an option between these and the hi and lo top Ursus. Get some
Trent
Great for those with back problems. Helps you get great contact to the ground.

Have been getting into the whole bear foot workouts after making home gym. I love how tight socks are and the floor grip is so good. Only issue is the have only used the 2 times and seem to have strings coming out of them. Hopefully this won't be an issue but time will tell. Over all great product and would buy again if need too.

These are really great. They're a bit tight to get on the first time but after that, they go on nice and easy. I wear flip-flops to the gym and workout exclusively in these. They feel great and provide great grip on the flood while allowing me to spread my toes. I don't know how long they will last but so far, after 3 trips to the gym, they're showing no signs of wear and the material they're made of seems really strong.
