We take care of the repair process ourselves or, if you prefer, we can reimburse you for the cost of repair by a trusted local cobbler (subject to providing a valid receipt for reimbursement eligibility). Moreover, for simple repairs like delamination, we provide a complimentary Repair Kit, empowering you to easily and swiftly mend your shoes at your convenience.
REPLACE
In situations where repair is not viable, Bearfoot Shoes presents an exceptional replacement option during the warranty period. Should the damage be significant or irreparable, rest assured that we will promptly provide you with a brand-new pair of footwear, ensuring a seamless continuation of your journey. This replacement will be of the same model as your original purchase, and it comes at no additional cost to you.
REFUND
In the rare instance that Bearfoot Shoes is unable to facilitate either repair or replacement within the designated warranty period, we offer the option to return the shoes and you will be eligible for a complete refund.
