We take care of the repair process ourselves or, if you prefer, we can reimburse you for the cost of repair by a trusted local cobbler (subject to providing a valid receipt for reimbursement eligibility). Moreover, for simple repairs like delamination, we provide a complimentary Repair Kit, empowering you to easily and swiftly mend your shoes at your convenience.
REPLACE
In situations where repair is not viable, Bearfoot Shoes presents an exceptional replacement option during the warranty period. This replacement will be of the same model as your original purchase, and it comes at no additional cost to you.
REFUND

Q: "ARE THE BRUINS WATERPROOF?"
A: The Bruins are water-resistant, but they aren't fully waterproof. However, we offer a boot wax on our store that can be applied to make them completely waterproof. This wax creates a protective layer that keeps your feet dry even in the wettest conditions.
Q: "DO THE BRUINS COME WITH STEEL/COMPOSITE TOE?"
A: Currently, our Bruin boots do not come with a steel toe or composite option. However, we're always evaluating customer needs and feedback to improve our offerings.
Q: "ARE THE BRUINS GOOD FOR SNOWY, WINTER ENVIRONMENTS?"
A: Although the Bruins feature robust 2.2mm leather for some cold protection, they're not inherently insulated. To protect your Bruins from wet winter envireonments you can waterproof them with boot wax. We also recommend wearing wool socks to enhance insulation. Note that while the Bruins handle winter conditions, they might not provide adequate protection against severe and prolonged cold exposure.
