The application process is simple and quick, do the following:
Cleaning Suede:
1. Spray leather with Suede Cleaner until shoes look wet. Do not spot-clean, always treat the entire item for an even finish.
2 Use Horse Hair Buffing Brush to gently clean suede.
3. Use Leather Oil to strengthen dehydrated leather for a sleek healthy hide. (CAUTION: Leather oil will change the color of your suede shoes)
We recommend cleaning every other week or as needed depending on use.
We rigorously test our products for quality. However, we use a simple design with solid materials to make the shoe as functional as possible. So if some mild repairs are needed, we accept the risk to give you a shoe that maximizes foot strength and functionality.
But repairs are simple, and in case you ever need it, we offer a DIY Repair Kit as an easy solution for minor damages such as:
- Outsole separating from the shoe
- Mild fraying around stitching
Also, if you ever need a new outsole after thousands of miles of wear, don't worry! All our shoes can be fitted with a new outsole at any cobbler to last you a few more thousand miles.
