Manufacturer’s Warranty:
Bearfoot LLC stands behind the quality of our products with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects for up to 60 days from the date of delivery. This warranty specifically addresses manufacturing flaws and does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or the natural wear and tear that occurs over time. All warranty claims undergo a thorough review and are approved at Bearfoot’s discretion on a case-by-case basis. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and promptly repair or replace the item at no additional expense to the customer, ensuring you receive a product that meets our high standards.
Extended Warranty (In-Shoe-Rance):
Elevate your peace of mind with our exclusive Extended Warranty, also known as In-Shoe-Rance, offering comprehensive protection for your Bearfoot footwear for one year from the date of delivery. This premium plan covers a wide range of potential damages, including rips, tears, stitching issues, delamination, and even unexpected incidents like bear attacks. Should your footwear sustain damage beyond repair, we guarantee a brand-new pair will be sent to you at no additional cost. Furthermore, In-Shoe-Rance provides invaluable protection during transit, safeguarding your purchase against loss, theft, or damage while shipping. Any delivery issues will result in a prompt replacement, ensuring your footwear arrives safely. This plan must be purchased with your footwear at checkout to be eligible, offering continuous peace of mind from the moment your order is placed. Please note that resole services are not covered under this warranty.
Domestic Returns (USA):
Beyond the initial 14-day window, domestic customers will be responsible for their return shipping costs, unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will gladly provide a prepaid return label.
International Returns:
International customers are responsible for covering shipping costs both ways for returns or exchanges. However, if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory resolution for the return process.
Refunds can only be processed using the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that particular payment method, they will need to contact their bank or the original payment agency to claim the funds after the refund has been successfully sent.
Please allow up to 7 days for your return or exchange to be fully processed. This timeframe does not include any potential manufacturing time required for exchanged products.

International Customers: Bearfoot LLC is not responsible for import duties or customs fees incurred when receiving international shipments. These fees vary significantly from country to country, and the shipping cost you pay reflects only what we incur to send the package. It does not include any import duties or additional charges that your country's customs authority may levy upon arrival. This also includes fees for specific services, such as the brokerage fee that UPS Standard may charge, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Backorders:
Orders containing backordered items will be shipped to customers as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer and process them for fulfillment, ensuring you receive your desired products as quickly as possible once available.
The estimated wait time for backordered items is typically 4-13 weeks. However, occasionally, our suppliers may encounter unforeseen production or logistical problems, which can unfortunately prolong the fulfillment date. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
If, in the rare circumstance, we cannot fulfill your item for any reason:
1. We will promptly cancel your order.
2. We will issue a full refund for your order dollar amount or the specific item.
