Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Customers may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their purchase for any reason. To qualify, items must be in like-new condition. We reserve the right to inquire as to the reasons for the return and/or exchange and determine if the customer has justified reasons for returning/exchanging their product. If the item qualifies, Bearfoot will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Manufacturer’s Warranty:

Bearfoot LLC offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty on all products against defects  within 60 days of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear. Warranty claims will be reviewed and approved at Bearfoot’s discretion on a case-by-case basis. If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and repair or replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.

Extended Warranty (In-Shoe-Rance):

Our extended warranty provides comprehensive protection for your Bearfoot footwear for one year from the date of delivery. It includes professional repair services and hassle-free replacements for any damage such as rips, tears, stitching issues, delamination, or even bear attacks. If the damage is beyond repair, we will send you a brand-new pair at no extra cost. The warranty also covers your purchase during transit, protecting against loss, theft, or damage while shipping. Should any issues arise during delivery, we guarantee a prompt replacement. This plan must be purchased with footwear at checkout to be eligible and ensures peace of mind from the moment you place your order. Note: Resole services are not covered.

 

Domestic Returns (USA):

Domestic customers will be responsible for their return shipping outside of the 14-day window, unless the product has a manufacturing defect – in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

International Returns:

International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways for returns or exchanges outside of the 14-day window, unless the product has a manufacturing defect – in which case we will try to work with you on a return.

 

Refunds can only be provided in the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, they will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

Please allow up to 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed. This does not include manufacturing time for exchanged products.
