All of our American-made boots are backed by a comprehensive lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship for the entire lifespan of the product, ensuring your investment is protected. This includes critical issues such as faulty stitching, hardware failure, or construction flaws that may arise from the manufacturing process itself. However, it's important to understand that the warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, misuse, or the natural progression of normal wear and tear that comes with regular use of footwear. For instance, resoling services are not covered, as outsole wear is an expected part of owning any quality boot over time and indicates a need for routine maintenance rather than a manufacturing defect. Like any durable vehicle, these boots, including our minimalist footwear options and barefoot boots, require routine care to maintain their integrity. This includes regular cleaning and oiling to keep the leather strong, supple, and healthy. Leather that cracks, dries out, or breaks down due to a lack of proper care is not considered a manufacturing defect and is consequently not covered under this warranty.
