With a thickness of 10mm/5mm, it is easy to fit by tracing and trimming to match your shoe's shape, then inserting it over existing insoles. To clean, rinse with warm, soapy water and air dry. Made with up to 85% recycled performance foam, it uses 99% less water and generates 65% less carbon than traditional EVA manufacturing.
