This includes issues like faulty stitching, hardware failure, or construction flaws — but it does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Resoling is not covered, as outsole wear is expected over time and part of regular boot ownership. Like a vehicle, these boots require routine care — including regular cleaning and oiling — to keep the leather strong and healthy. Leather that cracks, dries out, or breaks down due to lack of care is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty.
